What is the simplest/easiest song to play on the guitar by the Jonas Brothers?

My 9 year old daughter is in the beginning stages of learning to play the guitar and she is a huge Jonas Brothers fan. So I thought it would be fun for her to learn one of their songs. What is one of the easiest/simplest to play when it comes to the chords?

Aren’t they all absurdly simple?
I’m pretty sure that even the worst of the classic guitarists could rattle them off without much difficulty.
